Coastal Walk from Bundeena to Otford

Last weekend as part of training for our upcoming trip to Nepal, we (Kelly, Graham, Jack and I) did the coastal walk from Bundeena to Otford. I’ve done the hike multiple times and in both directions; also having once did it as a two day hike. The hike follows the coast for the most part and the views it offers are amazing! I’m always in awe of the view and the sheer cliff walls and can’t believe how close such an amazing hike is to Sydney.

First Hike from Heathcote to Waterfall

Did our first hike from Heathcote to Waterfall. We decided to do it in the opposite direction as what the hiking guide book suggested and ended up doing the wrong route. Still a good hike and it gives us another reason to go back and do another hiking trip there.

Performing Self Massage with Tennis Ball

Performing Self Massage with Tennis Ball

Everyone gets aches and pains. But rather than going to see an expensive sports masseur, have you ever considered treating painful muscle knots yourself? Using a tennis ball is an ideal way of applying pressure to trigger points, as they are firm, yet pliable and can fit to the shape of your muscle contours well.
