The Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon is only weeks away!
In order to train for a half marathon, it is essential to stay motivated the moment you decide to start training for a race, during the training and during the race itself. A few tips on staying motivated are discussed below.

26km run from North Beach to End of Bike Track and back.

The run from North Beach to Bulli along the Wollongong Bike Track/Path is about 23km long.
A GPS using the Nokia Sports Tracker software was used to plot the map below.
However we used the markers along the Bike Track/Path to determine our turn around point.
Started from North Beach, just next to the surf club and turned around on the bike path after Ruby’s Cafe but before Sandon Point. (The marker was just after crossing the bridge).
