Should you become a Rescue Diver? Over the weekend when I was at the harbour, the seas picked up considerably when we finished the dive and there were huge waves crashing over the breakwater. The conditions changed dramatically compared to when we first went into the water. It made me realise the benefits of the rescue diver program and how it make divers more confident and prepared and I would recommend the course to everyone to further improve their diving skills.

This morning, I decided to try doing a run with my iPhone in Airplane mode. I did this because I wanted to see how accurate the GPS positioning will be when in that mode and whether it is a viable sports tracking tool when you are overseas (with no global roaming). I used 4 running apps and compared how they fair when recording a run without cellular connectivity.

he squat has long been a part of the daily workout for dedicated gym queens. It`s tough, but you know you have to do it if you want a toned core and legs. This exercise, when done on a mini trampoline, actually works out even more muscles than if it is done on a hard surface, as your body works to stabilise you. You may find muscles you didn`t know you had aching after this exercise.
