VO2 Vitality specialises in Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss, Endurance, Flexibility, Sporting Teams and Adventure Race training utilising various forms of training equipment and systems. We have an accredited and practicing dietitian who is also a Exercise Physiologist – Anita Graham. She provides meal plans and dietary advice to VO2 Vitality’s clients.
Training equipment that we use includes: TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, Kettlebells, Olympic Power Lifting, Powerbands, Power Ropes and Medicine Balls.
Training systems that we use are: TRX Training, Australian Kettlebells, Ironedge, Punchfit Kickboxing & Boxing and the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association.
VO2 Vitality’s trainers are accredited in using these training systems, and have backgrounds in Kyokushin Karate, Kung Fu, Muay Thai and Kickboxing/Boxing and Soccer.

I’ve been riding motor bikes for 11 years but only became serious about racing motocross at the beginning of 2009. Fitness was always my weak spot as you need to be pretty fit to be able to ride a 15-20 minute moto flat out. It sounds easy but trust me it gives you an intense work out. I started training with Brendan from VO2 Vitality in July (2010) and I can feel the difference in my fitness, on and off the track.
Training with Brendan is great, he shows you the correct way to do a work out, really works with you, encourages you to go harder, but never pushes you if you dont feel like you can go any further and trust me I’ve been there a few times but like he says “No pain no gain”. I highly recommend training with Brendan as he becomes your trainer as well as your good mate.
Starting training with Brendan from VO2 Vitality is the best thing that I have done for my health. I have been training with Brendan for almost 3 years and in this time I have lost 22kg and improved my fitness levels and quality of life dramatically.
