The North Face 100 will take you outside your comfort zone, on a journey through 100km of wilderness trails that will deliver nothing less than the ultimate experience.

The highly-anticipated 100km endurance running test-piece, staged in heart of the rugged and spectacular Blue Mountains National Park, is set to return. Lock it in the calendar, lace-up your running shoes, it’s time to start training!

For the third consecutive year, The North Face invites runners of all kinds to step up and take on one of the toughest running events of the year, The North Face 100. An event that is certainly not for the faint hearted, or only elite runners, but is open to all those brave and willing enough to submit their selves to the ultimate endurance running challenge.

There are two options for participating in this event. You can either run the entire 100km yourself or in a team of 2 (50km each). It’s definitely one of the ultimate test-piece for ultra-marathon runners in Australia. The distance is one thing, but as the course is set in the Blue Mountains, the elevation change makes it even tougher. One special section worth mentioning is between the 80km to 85km mark where there is a 600m climb!

Pre-race registration: 5pm – 8pm

Saturday 15th May
Late registrations: 5:45am – 6:30am
Race start: 7am

Sunday 16th May
Race cut off: 11am
Presentation: 11am
