Activate Nutrition provides practical and up to date sports nutrition information for improving energy levels, getting toned or bulking up, preparing for specific events or assisting with getting on the right track by fuelling correctly for your chosen sport from recreational to elite level. Our Accredited Sports Dietitians are all ISAK Level 1 qualified anthropometrists and utilise skinfolding to monitor and assess body composition.
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are your nutrition experts. APDs can advise you on how to manage your weight, optimise your diet through healthy eating, as well as control, improve, and prevent long term nutrition related health conditions. Activate Sports and Lifestyle Nutrition offers a range of services and packages for nutrition advice for management of weight and health conditions.

Kate Battocchio

Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 5 years experience helping individuals to eat, move and live better. Since graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2007 Kate has gained considerable experience across research and private practice settings as a dual accredited dietitian and exercise physiologist in the areas of weight management and obesity surgery, chronic and metabolic conditions, healthy aging, and more recently in sports nutrition.
